The crusaders both had holy lance, smite, Inspiring cry and zealous accusation. The highwayman had point blank shot, reposte, wicked slice (It just does more damage than pistol shot) and grapeshot blast (tracking shot is unreliable on this fight). Don't try to knock the anchorman back, he's got double the resistances of the boss.I did it with a vestal-highwayman-crusader-crusader if I recall correctly. However, he has pretty hefty resistances, so you'll need move trinkets on your occultist/bounty hunter to get this to work. If the anchorman has, smash him, then the boss.Īlso, if you can pull the boss forward, he'll be trapped as neither have any movement abilities and the anchorman can only immobilise the front rank, from the front rank, making him useless. If the anchorman hasn't pulled yet, smash the boss. If the vestal gets pulled, a combination of holy lance and reposte will get her to the back again, all while hurting the boss. If your highwayman gets pulled forward, the following turn, you point blank shot and holy lance to get him back to position 3 again. The crusaders deal bonus damage to undead, so they can take it out in 1-2 hits, possibly taking off most of the health with a smite, then throwing a zealous accusation to splash the boss. The basic plan is to equip your vestal and highwayman with 1 move resist trinket and 1 damage/healing trinket, your crusaders with raw damage trinkets (unholy slayer ring for example) then simply smash through. This is because if your party gets moved around, it can waste a lot of turns getting them into the right order again. You'll notice how all the movement abilities available have been taken. The vestal had judgement, the two heal spells and dazzling light. I did it with a vestal-highwayman-crusader-crusader if I recall correctly.
